Who are we?
MyPath is a non-profit organization that provides services to high school students exploring college education, career or technical training, workforce opportunities and military service.
Our Mission
We strive to provide students and families with the resources and tools that enable them to confidently take the next steps toward their career goals. They are the future of the Mahoning Valley and we are here to help them decide what that future looks like to them.
In this mission we hope to reshape the economic landscape of our lake to river community and promote generational equity to future generations.
Our History
MyPath, formerly known as the Mahoning Valley College Access Program, was formed and began serving students in Youngstown and Warren in 2002. We later expanded our efforts into the Campbell school district the following year.
Since our early days, we have broadened our scope far beyond college access to include service to students seeking access to other pathways. Now we help students prepare for whatever directions they decide to take — college education, career and technical training, employment or military service.
